Join me in the beautiful Mongolian Yurt at Lopemede Farm, set in 250-acres of rural farmland, just outside of Thame. A relaxation practise together to celebrate the power of rest and rejuvenation in this special venue.

A slow flow with a pure relaxing, breath focused meditation, think one long Savasana. This is a grounded, seated and lying practise, so truly available for everyone.
