Family Yoga

Excited to share the joy that is family yoga in the barn on the beautiful Lopemede Farm. Set in 250 acres of rural farmland, just outside Thame. A fantastic opportunity to introduce your child to the magic of yoga, this seriously fun class touches on all the elements of a rounded yoga practice. 

Come together as a family and be guided through sun salutations, classic poses, breathing techniques, partner yoga, meditation and relaxation in a super playful and totally accessible way. So if your child is primary school age and you’re interested in building strong family connections, learning from each other and having fun, then this wholesome and awesome practice is definitely for you!
