Born out of wanting to package a little bit of the pure joy and indulgence we experience when we go to a Yoga Retreat… we have all been at home a little more this year than perhaps originally expected, so treat yourself to a little yoga retreat from the comfort of your own home…
Whats in the Box…

- Crystal filled doTERRA essential oil rollerball to rub on your pulse points and in your palms… rub together and inhale before your yoga practise or meditation (perfect to pop in a bag or next to your bed too.)
- One crystal (we all need a bit of crystal love in our life).
- Pukka Tea bag (to brew and enjoy with your practises).
- A LauraYoga Journal and pencil, a collaboration with my Husband and owner of Back Pocket Notebooks. Jot your thoughts, intentions, goals and scribbles.
- One LauraYoga recorded short yoga class video (web link inside your box), to play and practise as many times as you like, through Vimeo on your chosen device.
- Three guided, recorded, sound meditations (web link inside your box). An Elements meditation, an Energy Shield meditation and a Yoga Nidra Mediation. Listen as many times as you like and download to your chosen device.
