I have uploaded some new videos on my YouTube channel, just playing around, its a little strange seeing yourself. Yoga is such an internal practise, even when teaching I sometimes forget that people are watching my body move through the asana flow, so to see the physical shapes that you make by watching it back on video is a little strange……see the videos at laulovesyoga YouTube!
