Spend a Sunday afternoon in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside at The College Farm barn, treating yourself to yoga, essential oils and relaxation.
The afternoon starts with an invigorating, breath filled, 75 min joyful yoga flow session with Laura to connect with our soul sounds and notes.
After a break for tea, homemade treats and time to loll around the barn, with its underfloor heating and incredible views. Next follows a restorative yoga session with bolsters, candles, essential oils and finishing with a Yoga Nidra. We close the afternoon with meditation, relaxation, and sweet long savasanas.
