We have yoga mats and props for you to use at class, you are of course welcome to bring your own.

Health Information

Always let the teacher know if you have any injuries or ailments that may affect your practice prior to the start of each class, that way suitable modifications can be provided.

Pregnancy Yoga Registration Forms

Please complete the online pregnancy registration form prior to attending your first class. Always notify the teacher of any new injuries or ailments so that modifications can be provided.

Drop in Rate

£12 per class, please pay in cash or bank transfer on the day of your class.

Refunds and Transfers

There are no refunds on Multi class passes, nor are they transferable to other students.

Class Pass expiry dates

All class passes have a 3 month expiry date, which will be noted on your pass at time of purchase

Missed Classes – pregnancy yoga students only

If your baby is born earlier than expected, you may carry your expired class pass over to classes following your baby’s birth.

Teacher Availability

I will endeavour to teach all scheduled classes. However, this may not always be possible, in most cases a cover teacher will teach the class and I will inform all students of this prior to the class.

Bank Holidays

There will be no classes on Bank Holidays

Arrive a Few Minutes Early

Ideally please arrive at least five minutes early for your class. If you do arrive late, please do not enter the studio if students are reclined, practicing pranayama or chanting as it is disturbing to others. Please then enter as slowly and quietly as you can. Many thanks for your understanding.

Practice on an Empty Stomach

You are advised not to eat for at least three hours before practicing yoga. If you do need nourishment, please eat something that is easy to digest e.g. fruit or yoghurt. Come to class hydrated, a small amount of water can be drank during your practise if needed but again is advised to wait till after.

Mobile Phones

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the class, please ensure that your phone is switched off for the duration of the class.
